Le gouvernement égyptien a refusé l'entrée du Convoi Viva Palestina, qui transporte de l'aide médicale et humanitaire pour Gaza. Merci d’ envoyez des messages aux autorités égyptienne pour dénoncer la collaboration honteuse de l'Egypte avec Israel, en particulier la construction du nouveau mur « de la mort » qui va étouffer encore davantage la population palestinienne de la Bande de Gaza.

The Embassy has the pleasure to inform you that the Egyptian authorities have decided to let the supplies and aid convoy headed by the British Parliamentarian George Galloway to enter into Gaza on the date that they have requested namely on the 27th of December.The Egyptian decision was based upon the understanding that the convoy carries essential and substantial humanitarian aid to the Palestinian people in Gaza and that no political demonstrations would be allowed. I have learned with great distress that the Egyptian authorities have determined to close the Gaza border to the Gaza Freedom March.This is unacceptable. The brave and concerned people from around the world - including Ireland - who have gathered together to march into Gaza in defence of the rights of the Palestinian people imprisoned there must be allowed to continue on their way. Otherwise, Egypt will once again be perceived to be doing Israel 's dirty work for it, and participating in the imprisonment of their Palestinian brothers and sisters.
