In The name of Allah  The Beneficent  The Merciful & Prayer and Peace Be Upon Our Loyal and Sincere Prophet Muhammad

Non-stop of  the "police siege for life" and close surveillance inflicted on my brother Abdelkarim and on our family by the political police in addition to his deprivation from his basic civil rights.

Tunis on November 10th -23 Dhulke’da 1430,

STOP, do leave Abdelkarim  live in a house that you  will not work on expelling  him from and grant him his physical and moral rights and put an end to turning his life into a true hell wherever he goes, dwells or works;  let him work and acquire halal income with  his family. Yet,  Allah created only one shadow to all people, no more silhouettes,  give my brother Abdelkarim  Harouni his full rights and lift the police siege imposed on him by the political police  and protect  his right as a Tunisian citizen being distinguished by his abilities , competences on scientific and moral standards.  

Update : Despite our previous repetitive releases, the police  surveillance, is still long-lasting in front of  my brother Abdelkarim’s  rented  house  at  El-Menzah V,  his place of work at “Les Berges du Lac” and our house in Kram-Ouest  next  to the International Kram Fair and in all his movements.

Since yesterday, the close police control of my brother Abdelkarim by the political police did not stop.

Today, Tuesday November 10th,  2009 since early morning, at the moment when Abdelkarim left our house on his way to his workplace , all of a sudden the  civil  car  of  the police responsible wearing  his uniform  that has been staying in front of our house followed him directly in his black  «Volkswagen Polo» registry No. 634 TU 130 . Arrived to join it the white civil Carthage District «Citroen ZX» police car  with 2 civil agents inside under  registry No.  7535 TU 70, this car is frequently present .

When my brother Abdelkarim took the bus number "28" towards his work place, the two agents immediately  left their car and boarded the same bus with him and the police responsible in the black car  followed the bus until he reached his destination in question thus this too tight surveillance by the civil police has been kept being inflicted on him and also came two civil police cars under  the police District of  “Les Berges du Lac” to stay in front of my brother Abdelkarim’s  work place  :  grey «Ford» registry No. 2960 TU 56 and white «Citroen C 15» under T. N. registry system.

Additive : the two cars remained there till Abdelkarim left his work place about 5 p.m TN; returning back to our house in Kram-Ouest and here one other civil police car stood in front of our house.

*These two cars are still remaining in front of my brother Abdelkarim work place to the limits of my writing of  the present  release  :  mid-day and 30 minutes? !.

That is, the cars are belonging to the police districts whether  at work , at his home or  at  his family’s one and so on ... thus my brother  Abdelkarim is not moving in the Republic delegations  but in the police districts.

For Allah sake, how can anyone live in an embittered life like the one my brother Abdelkarim lives in? living with dignity is the right of all of us and I strongly believe in  Allah The most  Powerful and I say : “Allah is sufficient for me and most excellent is the Protector , How excellent the Guardian and how excellent the Helper”./.

P.S. : Additive : the 2 cars in question remained there till Abdelkarim finished his day work at 5.p.m so he was closely followed by another white car under Carthage Police District « Peugeot-Partner» registered under No. 339 TU 137 until he returned back to our Kram-Ouest home where this car stood still./.

Pas de mise à terme au «siège à vie » par la police politique et la surveillance étroite infligée à mon frère Abdelkarim et à notre famille et sa privation de ses droits civils fondamentaux.

Mettez-fin .- laissez-le habiter une maison sans œuvrer à le faire chasser et donnez-lui le droit à l'intégrité physique et morale, et arrêter de tourner  sa  vie  en un enfer à n’importe qu’el endroit : sa maison, son lieu de travail ou notre domicile familial; laissez-le  travailler et gagner un revenu « halal » lui et sa famille. En effet, Allah nous a tous crée avec une seule ombre et non pas avec plusieurs silhouettes qui nous poursuivent, accordez à  mon frère Abdelkarim Harouni  tous ses droits et lever le siège exercé par la police politique et protégez son droit en tant que citoyen Tunisien, voire distingué par ses capacités  et  compétences scientifiques et morales.

Mise à jour : En dépit de nos  multiples communiqués, la surveillance policière  se poursuit  toujours en face de :  la maison de mon frère Abdelkarim louée à El-Menzah V et son lieu de travail aux « Berges du Lac » et notre maison au Kram-Ouest à côté de la foire Internationale du Kram comme au niveau de tous ses mouvements .

Depuis hier, la surveillance de mon frère Abdelkarim par la police ne s'arrête pas.
Aujourd’hui, Mardi 10 Novembre  2009 tôt le matin dès que mon frère Abdelkarim est  sortit de notre maison pour se rendre à son travail, une voiture civile noire de la police politique civile – marque «Volkswagen Polo» immatriculée sous le No. 634 TU 130 conduite par un responsable portant l’uniforme de  la police  se trouvait  en face de notre maison l’a directement poursuivi , et se joint à elle une autre  voiture civile blanche du District de la police civile de Carthage avec 2 agents civils marque  «CITROEN ZX» No. 7535 TU 70 , celle-ci apparait fréquemment.

 Au moment où mon  frère d'Abdelkarim a pris le bus numéro "28" pour se rendre au lieu de son travail, les 2 agents civils quittent leur voiture et montent avec lui dans le même bus et la voiture civile noire conduite par le responsable en uniforme a suivi ce bus  jusqu'à l’arrivée de Abdelkarim à son travail, soit la surveillance  étroite  par la police politique. Les deux autres voitures civiles qui relèvent du district de la police des « Berges du Lac » sont arrivées pour demeurer  en face de son lieu  de travail : « Ford grise » No. 2960 TU 56 et «Citroën C 15 blanche» sous système  T.N.
* Ces 2  voitures n’ont pas quitté le lieu  jusqu’à mon écriture du présent communiqué : 12h 30’ ? !.
Toutes ces voitures appartiennent à des districts de la police que ce soit au travail, au lieu de résidence ou au domicile  de sa famille et ainsi de suite ... en fait mon frère  Abdelkarim  ne se déplace pas dans des délégations de la République mais il est assiégé dans des districts de police.
Qui peut vivre une vie aussi amère comme celle vécue par mon frère Abdelkarim ? Vivre avec dignité est le droit à nous tous et personnellement mois  je crois fermement en Allah Le Tout-Puissant et je dis : "Allah nous suffit; Il est notre Meilleur Garant et quel Excellent Maître! Et quel Excellent Soutien!

P.S. : Additif : Les 2 voitures en question y sont restées jusqu’à 17 heures, heure à laquelle Abdelkarim a terminé sa journée de travail cependant, il a été strictement poursuivi par une autre voiture blanche sous la police du District de Carthage « Peugeot-Partner» No. 339 TU 137 jusqu’à son retour à notre domicile au Kram-Ouest où elle s’est garée./.
