انتهاك للحرية الفردية عن طريق الحصار الأمني المتواصل

تونس في الجمعة  26 ربيع الأول 1431-12 مارس 2010 ،

اليوم الجمعة 12 مارس2010 ، يستمر الحصار الأمني المضروب على أخي عبد الكريم الهاروني الناشط الحقوقي و السجين السياسي

السابق حول مقر عمله بضفاف البحيرة  و لكن باستعمال السيارة المدنية البيضاء اللون –بيجو 306 رقم 2078 تونس 88

و السيارة المدنية  بيضاء اللون-4 أبواب- ايسزو رقم 7561 تونس 63 بالتناوب لمواصلة الحصار الأمني أمام مقر العمل

 

ثم متابعة أخي عبد الكريم عند مغادرته له.

لا أحد يجهل ما يتضمنه الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان من :

المادة 3.

لكل فرد الحق في الحياة والحرية وسلامة شخصه.

المادة 5.

لايعرض أي إنسان للتعذيب ولا للعقوبات أو المعاملات القاسية أو الوحشية أو الحاطة بالكرامة.

المادة 7.

كل الناس سواسية أمام القانون ولهم الحق في التمتع بحماية متكافئة عنه دون أية تفرقة، كما أن لهم جميعا الحق في حماية متساوية ضد أي تميز يخل بهذا الإعلان وضد أي تحريض على تمييز كهذا.

 

VIOLATION OF THE INDIVIDUAL FREEDOM BY UNBROKEN POLICE SIEGE

In the Name of Allah, The Clement and The Merciful & Prayer and Peace be upon Our Loyal and Sincere Muhammad Prophet

Tunis on the 12th of March 2010-26th of Rabii al Awal 1431

Today 12th of March 2010, the police siege continues against my brother Abdelkarim Harouni, Human Rights Militant and ex-political prisoner around his working place at The “Berges du Lac” just like yesterday, but using the white Peugeot 306 car n° 2078 TU 88 in replacement by the white Isuzu -4 doors- n° 7561 TU 63 to continue its police siege in front of the working place and to follow my brother Abdelkarim once he leaves his working place.

 

No one ignores the following content from  the Universal Declaration of Human Rights :

Article 3.

Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.

Article 5.

No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.

Article 7.

All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.

Tunis le 12 Mars 2010-26 Rabii al Awal 1431

Ce jour Vendredi 12 Mars 2010, le siège policier envers mon frère Abdelkarim Harouni, Militant des Droits de l’Homme et ex-prisonnier politique se poursuit autour de son lieu de travail aux Berges du Lac bien comme hier mais en utilisant la voiture blanche Peugeot 306 immatriculée sous le n° 2078 TU 88 en remplacement avec l’Isuzu blanche -4 portes-immatriculée sous le n° 7561 TU 63, pour poursuivre le siège policier en face du lieu de travail de mon frère Abdelkarim de même quand il quitte son travail.

Nul n’ignore le présent contenu de la Déclaration Universelle des Droits de l’Homme :

Article 3

Tout individu a droit à la vie, à la liberté et à la sûreté de sa personne.

Article 5

Nul ne sera soumis à la torture, ni à des peines ou traitements cruels, inhumains ou dégradants.

Article 7

Tous sont égaux devant la loi et ont droit sans distinction à une égale protection de la loi. Tous ont droit à une protection égale contre toute discrimination qui violerait la présente Déclaration et contre toute provocation à une telle discrimination.
