تونس في 7 جويلية 2010-26 رجب 1431
يستمرّ الحصار الأمني المفروض على أخي عبد الكريم الهاروني السجين السياسي السابق و الأمين العام السابق للاتحاد العام التونسي للطلبة و الكاتب العام الحالي لمنظمة "حرية و إنصاف" حيت تلاحقه سيارة من نوع "بارتنار" بيضاء اللون رقمها 15 – 341969 " تابعة لوزارة النقل" على متنها ثلاثة أعوان شرطة بالزّي المدني، تلازمه أمام مقر سكناه و أمام مقر عمله و أمام بيتنا و في جميع تنقلاته.
و يتواصل هذا الحصار على مدار الساعة للتضييق عليه في حياته الخاصة و العامة و عزله عن الناس قصد إسكات صوته و شلّ حركته و تعطيل نشاطه في الدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان.
فإلى متى تستمر هذه المعاملة التي لا تستند إلى أيّ مبرر قانوني أو أخلاقيّ أو إنسانيّ ؟.

Le siège policier imposé sur mon frère Abdelkarim Harouni , ex-prisonnier politique , ancien Secrétaire Général de l'Union Générale Tunisienne des Etudiants (U.G.T.E.) et actuel Secrétaire Général de l'Organisation « Liberté et Equité " se poursuit toujours.
Il est constamment poursuivi par la voiture blanche de marque : « Partner » immatriculée sous le n° : 15-341969 relevant du « ministère du Transport » avec trois agents de la police civile, campant toujours en face de : son lieu de résidence, son lieu de travail et notre maison de même qu’ ils le poursuivent dans tous ses déplacements.
En effet, ce siège policier qui perpétue 24h/24 a pour but de limiter sa vie privée ainsi que sa vie publique et de l’isoler de la population afin de le faire taire, paralyser son mouvement et bloquer son activité de défense des droits de l'homme.
Jusqu’à quand pourrait continuer ce traitement qui n'est fondé sur aucune justification légale, morale ou humanitaire?.

The police siege imposed on my brother Abdelkarim Harouni, ex- political prisoner, former Secretary General of the Tunisian General Union of Students (U.G.T.E.) and present Secretary General of the Organization “Liberté & Equité”.
He is constantly pursued by the white car "Partner" brand, registered under No.: 15-341969 belonging to the “ministry of transportation”, with three civilian police agents, camping in front of : his place of residence, workplace and our house and following him wherever he goes.
Indeed, the police siege that perpetuates 24h/24 aims at limiting both his private and public lives and isolating him from the population in order to make him silent, paralyze his movement and hinder his activity of defense of human rights.
For how long is this treatment having no legal, moral or humanitarian justifications going to continue to take place ?.
